In fact,many of these people simply splash on some water or use the same bar of soap for their face that they use for their body. Neither approach is actually a good method for washing your face. It’s Never too Late to Exfoliate!
Exfoliation can also play a role in maintaining healthy skin. While it doesn’t have to happen every time you wash your face, exfoliating two or three times a week is a great method for removing dead skin cells and allowing new skin to take center stage. The final step in a common skin care routine is moisturizing. You may use a different moisturizing product depending upon whether you apply it in the morning or the evening. Daytime moisturizers need to include sunscreen no matter the season. Wrinkles and brown spots are just two of the indicators that your skin has been damaged by the sun. Use a daily moisturizer with sunscreen to stop UV damage in its tracks. At night sunscreen is not as important. You can certainly use the same sunscreen moisturizer that you use during the day, but some people prefer a richer, creamier formula that helps combat the signs of aging while they sleep. Something is Better than Nothing
If your skin doesn’t have a lot of issues or if you are in a hurry, your skin care routine can be accomplished in five minutes or less. You only need to cleanse, use toner and then apply the right moisturizer. If you have more time or want to correct a few skin concerns, then adding in an exfoliant and a treatment will only take another minute or so.
It’s rare to immediately find the right products for your skin care routine. In fact, a bit of trial and error is expected and is probably a very good thing.
